As a grief coach, I understand that navigating loss can be one of life's most challenging experiences.

 

Grief impacts so many lives and is a deeply personal and often overwhelming experience that can leave individuals feeling lost and unsupported.

Whether you're grappling with the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, health or any other significant change, I'm here to offer you support, understanding, and guidance.

 

Grief is a natural response to loss, but it's also a deeply personal and complex process. When we experience significant loss it is very traumatic and this triggers our survival response ‘fight or flight’ and stress hormones flood the body.

 

The limbic system, a primal part of the brain controlling emotions and behaviours that ensure our survival, takes centre stage, while the prefrontal cortex, the centre of reasoning and decision-making retreats.

 

So, if you have suffered a bereavement or a loss you may have experienced

  • Impaired timekeeping, problem solving and planning

  • Impaired memory – struggling to remember why you went into the kitchen

  • Feelings of dissociation and not feeling connected to your body or the world around you

  • Lack of impulse control

  • Numb, flat and lack of energy

  • Inability to care for yourself

  • High levels of anxiety, emotional distress and can’t calm down

The focus of my grief coaching is to help you feel safe in your body again, help you move back into your parasympathetic nervous system and allow you to move through that grief fog.

I provide a safe and loving container that holds you for either 3 or 6 months

Within those containers we work with the body, mind (conscious and subconscious) and the soul because they are all a part of your the healing journey.  
Fortnightly sessions - sessions include a mixture of Breathwork, Conscious Coaching, EFT, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Relaxation, Walking Therapy and Yoga.
Weekly check ins
WhatsApp chat so that you have me by your side for challenging and difficult days, reframing thoughts and emergencies.

Together we'll honour your unique experience of loss, acknowledging both the pain and the potential for growth that can arise from it. Through compassionate listening, gentle guidance, and practical tools, I'll help you find your way forward, one step at a time.

Grounding Grief Meditation

Meditation to help ground while grieving recorded over 432 Hz music and contains delta wave binaural beats.

 

432 Hz is good for helping cope with grief as it helps reduce stress and anxiety. When we listen to music that is tuned to this frequency, our bodies become more relaxed and our minds are better able to deal with stressors. This can lead to reduced feelings of anxiety and a greater sense of calm.

Moreover, the calming effect of 432 Hz music can help to reduce the level of cortisol, a stress hormone, in our bodies. This can lead to a decrease in the physical symptoms of stress, such as headaches, muscle tension, and fatigue.
