As a grief coach, I understand that navigating loss can be one of life's most challenging experiences. Whether you're grappling with the loss of a loved one, a job, a relationship, or any other significant change, I'm here to offer you support, understanding, and guidance.


Grief is a natural response to loss, but it's also a deeply personal and complex process. When we experience significant loss it is very traumatic and this triggers our survival response ‘fight or flight’ and stress hormones flood the body.


The limbic system, a primal part of the brain controlling emotions and behaviours that ensure our survival, takes centre stage, while the prefrontal cortex, the centre of reasoning and decision-making retreats.


So, if you have suffered a bereavement or a loss you may have experienced

  • Impaired timekeeping, problem solving and planning

  • Impaired memory – struggling to remember why you went into the kitchen

  • Feelings of dissociation and not feeling connected to your body or the world around you

  • Lack of impulse control

  • Numb, flat and lack of energy

  • Inability to care for yourself

  • High levels of anxiety, emotional distress and can’t calm down


The focus of my grief coaching is to help you feel safe in your body again, help you move back into your parasympathetic nervous system and allow you to move through that grief fog.

Together we'll honour your unique experience of loss, acknowledging both the pain and the potential for growth that can arise from it. Through compassionate listening, gentle guidance, and practical tools, I'll help you find your way forward, one step at a time.
