I offer a holistic approach that holds up the mirror so that you can reflect and review your life situation honestly and in a safe environment with no judgement, to then identify the changes you desire to make and how you will make them.

Whilst Life Coaching mainly works with the conscious mind. I will also use NLP and Hypnotherapy in the sessions if the situation requires it as both modalities can help greatly.
