Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching: Services

Executive coaching has a particular focus on improving performance and behaviour in the workplace.

It focuses on managers and leaders at board, executive and senior leadership and management levels who need business coaching to become more effective in their roles.

Some of the ways in which it can help are:

  • Understanding stressors and hope to cope with potential triggers

  • Improving and maintaining a good work/life balance

  • Leading change and in times of crisis

  • Successful role transition

  • Setting and achieving goals

  • Dealing with challenges and accepting both wins and losses

  • Ability to fully motivate teams

  • Increased confidence and self-belief

I provide a safe environment that allows reflection and refocusing on confidential issues and act as an independent sounding board, which from experience know that this is something that tends to be less regular the more senior people become.

“Executive coaching is defined as a helping relationship formed between a client who has managerial authority and responsibility in an organisation and a consultant who uses a wide variety of behavioural techniques and methods to assist the client achieve a mutually identified set of goals to improve this or her professional performance and personal satisfaction and consequently to improve the effectiveness of the client’s organisation within a formally defined coaching agreement” (Kilburg, 2007, p.28, Executive Coaching: Developing Managerial Wisdom in a World of Chaos)
